v1.0.2

Release Date: 8 June 2026

This release adds the Entity Public API β€” full programmatic onboarding for corporate FICA applications, alongside new developer documentation and OpenAPI coverage for entity endpoints.

πŸš€ New Features

Entity API (/api/v1/entity)

End-to-end entity FICA onboarding is now available:

  • Create entity β€” CIPC commercial lookup, sanctions screening, and automatic UBO creation from CIPC principal data where applicable
  • Entity KYB β€” trading name, address, industry, transaction profile, and custom form questions
  • Sanctions review β€” entity-level PEP and adverse media confirmation
  • Ownership structure β€” two integration paths depending on entity type:
    • Organigram β€” build and verify a full ownership tree (entities, trusts, individuals)
    • Directors list β€” simplified path for entity types that do not use an organigram (e.g. close corporation–style structures)
  • UBO management β€” add or update directors/UBOs, PEP review per UBO, document upload and confirmation
  • Shareholding confirmation β€” ownership structure sign-off before entity documents
  • Entity documents β€” upload, retrieve, and confirm required entity FICA documents
  • Onboarding decision β€” approve, decline, or refer the application
  • PDF report β€” download the completed entity FICA application report

External system linking is supported via externalSystemId on create and update.

Entity webhook behaviour is documented separately under Webhooks β†’ Entity (UI-driven sync; the Public Entity API does not emit webhooks).
